Bookings

Definite bookings should be made as early as possible. It is helpful if firm times of arrival and collection can be given. Details required at the time of booking are the name, age and sex of the cat(s) and normal diet.

Opening Times

Monday-Sunday inclusive - 9:30am-12 midday

Christmas Day, Boxing Day & New Years Day - Closed all day.

Cats can also be dropped off and collected by appointment only at the following times:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday (excluding bank holidays) at:
4pm to 4:30pm or 5:15 to 5:45pm.

In exceptional circumstances only, reception and collection outside these times can be arranged.
Owners are reminded that with very few exceptions, cats do not take kindly to car journeys and you are strongly advised to transport your cat in a suitable, secure pet carrier.
